Scope
This system is developing for a UK based client Network Management Company called SERCO. This system automates the Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) and generates various kinds of MIS dash board reports for evaluating the performance. The trial run for the first phase was already started running at SERCO Birmingham office at UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in all aspects of the project like Design, Test case preparation, coding and testing.

Title : Estate Management System.
Duration : July 2005 - December 2007

Architecture: MVC in which clients communicate to application layer through web service.
Scope
An integrated system for an estate management who owned 15,000 acrs of rubber and tea. It contains modules like Payroll(Check roll), Finance, Inventory, production and MIS. Payroll module handles the attendance type of work and the weight of crop each worker collected for a day. Salary and work distribution will post to finance module. Inventory module handles the stock of Latex, FC and Green tea collected and also the purchase and issue of manure and other pesticides. Production module handles the activities of two rubber factories. Finance module handles the consolidation of all estate and summarize at head office. This project was developed by two teams.
Responsibilities:
- Fesibility study and prepare initial study report to the customer
- As a Project leader helps the PM in developing Project development case.
- Lead the team in all aspects of the project like Design, Test case preparation, coding and testing.
- Ensure that the project development follows organizational wise tailored rational unified process and ISO standards.
Achievements:
Successfully implemented the System.

Title: PayWiz (Payroll and Attendance management system)

Scope
A product which handles all aspects of Payroll processing, starting from personal information, salary processing, Statuary deduction and tax deduction like IT, PT, PF, ESI etc. handles loans and advance, employee activities like transfer, promation, retirement etc and also generates a varity of statuary and MIS reports.
Attendance module handles a wide varity of leave customization, handles multiple shifts, create must roll using employee shift sequence and also process attendance row data against the employee shift details.
Responsibilities:
- As the product owner take all responsibilities regarding the product.
- Encashment and maintains of the payroll module.
- Incorporate the Attendance module as a part of the project.
- Innovate a Requirment plugin concept to add customer specific requirements with in the product.
- Handle customer supports.
- Customer specific requirement study and estimation.
- Lead the team as a project leader.
Achievements:
Successfully delivered the product for more that 50 client.

Enables the companies to monitor and control all the Fixed Assets. It has facilities to track the asset location-wise of division-wise with automatic calculation of deprecation as on a date. The main features are Asset acquisition, sale/disposal, splitting bulk purchase, transfer, revaluation, depreciation calculation using methods like WDV, SLM and DDM, Bulk data uploading and various reports.

Title: SAP integrated legacy applications

Scope
SAP integrated legacy applications are collection of applications which post the finance data to core SAP
System.
- Vehicle Maintains System: The system monitors the expense incurred on each vehicle by the company. Various MIS reports are available in the system. The expense are uploaded to SAP to facilitate payments to the suppliers automatically
- Editorial Payment System: This system monitors the expense incurred by editorial division of Publication Company. The two-way communication of SAP provided all the relevant information to the user.
- Petty Purchase System: This module serves the purpose of petty purchase through workflow activated approval system. The integration with SAP ensures timely payment to the vendors.
- Telephone bill monitoring System: This system monitors the expense incurred on each telephone with regard to the entitlement of the owner. The soft copy of the telephone bills received from DOT is uploaded to the system, the expense are uploaded to SAP.
Responsibilities:
- As a senior programmer done the design, coding and testing of the system.
- Maintain and synchronize the system according to the SAP upgradation.
- Work as a Project leader for module 2.
Achievements:
Successfully implemented and running as SAP peripheral system which is a strong
supporting wrapper over core SAP system.
